The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct literature reviews and competitor analyses to support key strategic projects
• Assist in gathering and analysing data to provide insights that inform project planning and decision-making
• Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish buy-in and garner support for the implementation of strategic initiatives
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure progress and attainment of key project milestones

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to synthesise information and draw actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualisation tools is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly adaptable, with a proactive and resourceful mindset
• Full-time interns for 3 to 6 months preferred
