REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent MS Office computer skills (advanced excel).
• Experience with SAP is desired.
• Proven ability to effectively compile, analyze and interpret data.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Strong analytical/technical, logic and mathematic skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work as a part of a collaborative team with all levels and departments.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
• Accounting Designation or enrolled in CPA program.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, with a technical focus in manufacturing supply and costing.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish effective partnerships between finance and plant management to ensure accurate data processing and financial results, including plant cost analysis to support informed business decisions.
• Responsible for period close process, including journal entries, inventory reconciliations, plant’s cost statement.
• Support systems/process/tools reviewing actual to standard cost and providing in-depth analysis on cost drivers of variances.
• Work with plants to establish effective and measurable budgets on an annual basis, as well as periodic reporting tracking performance.
• Work with operations and admin team to validate information used for standard costing.
• Work with Plant managers, operations, and finance on production cost performance and reporting information to support timely business decisions.
• Travel to multiple locations throughout the year is a requirement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
