JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data to support decision-making. Prepares accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and reconciliations. Identifies business trends and competitive insights, presenting key findings to leadership. Ensures compliance with accounting standards and accuracy of all financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Experience at a manufacturing plant preferred.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and be detailed oriented.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Review facility financial performance and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Apply accounting standards and policies to verify the accuracy of reported results.
  • Collect and analyze discretionary spending data from plant operations, partnering with teams to drive cost reductions.
  • Prepare journal entries for raw material usage, energy consumption, and other operational expenses.
  • Complete month-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.
  • Compile and summarize costs for facility-related projects.
  • Support the creation of the annual budget and assist with ongoing monthly tracking.
  • Develop monthly forecasts for production costs, materials inventory, and other key areas.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate accounting and financial procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to operations management.
  • Create and maintain operational performance metrics and financial reporting tools.
