We are seeking an Plant Accounting Associate to join our team! *This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time. * What We Offer: * Work in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is a priority. * Achieve your professional goals without sacrificing the balance between work and life. * A comprehensive benefits package with options to choose what works best for you and you About the Role: As an Plant Accounting Associate, you are responsible for: * Managing customer accounts and timely collections. * Partnering with Outside Sales and internal teams. * Following up on past due accounts and payment issues. * Monitoring accounts for non-payment, late payments, and discrepancies. * Researching and resolving billing and payment concerns. * Processing chargebacks, returns, credits, and bad debt items. * Supporting lien filings and joint check agreements as needed. * Maintaining accurate account records. * Assisting with reporting and special projects as required. About You: The ideal candidate for this role will have: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organization and time management skills. * Experience working in JD Edwards or similar ERP systems. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize. * Strong problem-solving skills. * At least 2–4 years of related experience.
