Reimagine What’s Possible PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Handle all the secretarial work, including answering calls, filing, sending fax, mailing and receiving visitors, etc. 2. Responsible for the plant/ maintenance misc. purchasing. 3. Apply for/manage/close EAR. 4. Keep in contact with customers, suppliers, project and maintenance contractors. 5. Keep good relationship with the governmental authorities, receive visitors from government and attend some government meetings during the absence of plant management. 6. Assist in the administration of daily activities of the plant, such as arranging working meals for plant staff, reimbursement of expenses, scheduling meetings, organizing working schedules. 7. Facilitate the interaction with other departments and customers. 8. Lead the plant licenses/permits update and maintain its validity. 9. Execution of some of SAP role(s). 10. Support the training/meetings by preparing training materials such as slides, projector, videos, etc. 11.Translate related documents of plant. 12. Assist to settle some of the safety report. 13. Employee attendance record/annual leave/uniform/PPE management of site. 14. Plant administrative vehicle, cleaner, security management 15. Handle some temporary assigned jobs by site manager/supervisors. JOB REQUIREMENTS College degree with a major in Chemical Engineering, secretary, English or related disciplines; At least one years’ experience in a manufacturing company; Good knowledge in safety; Honest, hardworking, willing to make efforts for self-actualization; Good skill in both written and spoken English; Excellent writing skills both in Chinese and English.
