Description
Public Relations focuses on building rapport with the community, marketing and advertising, advocacies, humanitarianism, and donations. Handles complaints and crisis management involving our products, operations, and impact on the community Builds partnership and cooperation with LGU, NGO, and other private entities within the host and adjacent community. Perform community engagements and maintain the company's rapport with the host community. Manages and processes community requests and concerns Monitor and support the community's (LGU) activities, policies, advocacies, and engagements Supports business identity thru donations and endorsements. External Affairs focuses on linkages with government units, information systems, representations, and any activities that handle the political interest of the community. Serves as the representative of the plant for community engagements, on behalf of the Plant Manager. Establish Linkages with government units such as PNP, AFP, MDRRU, DSWD, DOH, local Media, and other relevant units for public affairs. Manages political interest of the community by identifying the socio-economic, population, culture and social norms, or socio-political identity and uses them for the benefit and advantage of the company; particularly in the sustainability of its operation.
Responsibilities
The Plant Administration Assistant will handle complaints and crisis management related to products and operations while building partnerships with local government units and NGOs. They will also manage community requests and support local activities and policies.
