Description
En tant qu'assistant.e de site, vous occupez une fonction centrale de support administratif, organisationnel et humain. Véritable personne de confiance, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la Plant Manager et apportez un soutien opérationnel à l’équipe HR. Responsabilités : Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel : mise à jour des dossiers, suivi des documents, accueil et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (EPI, badges, matériel IT, documents sécurité…) Organiser et planifier des réunions, formations et événements internes Coordonner les visites de site (clients, auditeurs, prestataires) Soutenir la direction via la rédaction de rapports, la préparation de reportings (SAP, tableaux de bord) et l’aide à la clôture mensuelle Agir comme relais RH : suivi des évaluations, prestations, démarches administratives et coordination des intérimaires Profil : Bachelier Assistant de direction ou équivalent Une expérience en environnement industriel constitue un atout Très bonne maîtrise des outils IT (Word, Excel, logiciels de gestion ; SAP est un atout) et aisance avec les données chiffrées Bonnes compétences RH et capacité à agir comme support fiable pour l’équipe HR Personnalité dynamique, proactive et organisée, avec un fort sens de l’ownership Excellente aisance relationnelle, assertivité et capacité à poser un cadre clair Discrétion, loyauté et professionnalisme irréprochable READY TO JOIN A ROCK-SOLID FAMILY?
