Position Summary This role will manage daily administrative, clerical, and operational support for a USDA manufacturing plant located in Mesquite, TX. You will handle a multitude of cross-functional tasks daily like entering purchase orders, receiving product, entering schedules, coordinating teams and running and presenting reports. This role requires strong organizational, and follow-up skills, willingness to be flexible in responsibilities/duties, and proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written). Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Entering purchase orders, receiving product, managing materials, counting inventory, handling vendor communications Operations Support: Maintaining records, tracking production data, ordering supplies, scheduling, coordinating team leads, assisting with safety/compliance. HR & Payroll: Reconciling timecards, tracking training completion, managing employee requests, supporting onboarding. Financial Support: Processing invoices (AP/AR), tracking costs. Reporting: Generating production reports, cost analyses, and other data for management. Essential Skills Required Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Excellent organizational, project management, follow-up and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically excel), familiarity with database management and ability to learn software quickly. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
