SUMMARY

As a Plant Area Assistant, you will be assisting the plant area supervisor by maintaining and watering both indoor and outdoor plants. To provide excellent customer service to our customers helping them with queries. To assist in creating displays in our plant area. Experience is desired but not essential.
To be considered for this position, you must have a general understanding of plants and their care requirements. This knowledge is essential for effectively assisting customers with their gardening and plant care inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate advice and support for their specific needs.

• Assist in maintaining the plant area by organizing and merchandising plants and gardening supplies.
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Support horticultural activities, including planting, watering, and pruning plants.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Helping on the shop floor if required
