JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Plant Area Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are advantageous for communicating with a broader range of customers.
• A passion for gardening or related products is beneficial and will enhance your ability to connect with customers on product knowledge.
