Plant Controller

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

• University degree in economics
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive controlling
• Independence, conceptual approach, analytical and logical thinking, decisiveness, flexibility
• Active approach to problem solving, results orientation, reliability, organizational skills
• Active knowledge of English, German an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP, very good knowledge of Excel

• Financial management of the production plant
• Analysis of project profitability, product calculations
• Planning, budgeting, long-term planning and financial reporting, explanation of deviations from plans, monthly closings
• Preparation and approval of investments
• Management of cost optimization processes, support of company management in decision-making
• Implementation of standardized processes and group initiatives
• Support and communication with all departments across the company
• Reporting to the parent company and company management
