Description Position Summary Ready to lead financial performance in a high-impact manufacturing environment? MetalTek International is seeking a results-driven Plant Controller to serve as the financial leader for our Carondelet Foundry. This role partners closely with plant leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. The Plant Controller owns the full financial operations of the plant and serves as the critical link between financial insight and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Lead all plant financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and balance sheet integrity Drive performance through cost and variance analysis (labor, material, overhead) Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and product profitability Partner with operations to support pricing, capital investment, and strategy Maintain internal controls; support audit and compliance requirements Oversee accounting functions (A/P, A/R, cost accounting, inventory controls, payroll coordination) Develop team capability and drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance/accounting. Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, and plant financial reporting. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven ability to link financial performance to operational drivers. Strong communication, influencing skills, and a hands-on leadership style with a coaching mindset. Preferred: CPA Experience with ERP/financial systems (Infor/XA, SAP, Adaptive, AP123, FAS, Concur, Paylocity) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required)
