Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership: Manage all accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities for the site, all while ensuring compliance and safeguarding assets.
Strategic Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and detailed analyses to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Operational Support: Work closely with department heads and General Management to ensure budget variances are explained and properly controlled.
Standard Compliance: Ensure all internal, external, and governmental audits are completed successfully while upholding the organization’s quality and safety systems.
Team Leadership: Direct and develop the accounting team, delivering coaching, training, and performance evaluations to nurture success within the department.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
CPA designation is required.
7-10+ years of accounting experience within the manufacturing space, including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong month end close, financial reporting, standard costing and inventory management experience.
Expertise in ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Proven knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory processes, and compliance best practices.
