The Plant Director is responsible managing, planning and coordinating the main functions of Creilshain Ceramic Plant organization, including operations and productions, financial reports, customers agreements and managing HR policies in order to achieve strategic goals.
Ongoing management, setting of operational goals for department managers/leaders and subordinate employees. Initiating and implementing new activities and changes in organizations, verifying and introducing new procedures and systems for the operation of the enterprise and for the management level. Coordination of activities and supervision of the performance of tasks by supervisors of individual organizational units and employees. Supporting and developing a team of management staff and directly supervised employees. Providing resources necessary for the efficient implementation of processes resulting from the quality management system.
This is an onsite position that is part of the global operations organization and will be located in Crailsheim, Germany.
