What you will do: Support in designing and optimizing chemical processes for manufacturing Ecolab products, including detergents, sanitizers, disinfectants, and related premixes. Conduct research to develop innovative and efficient chemical manufacturing methods. Collaborate with team members operating equipment for various unit operations. Design experiments using statistical methods to analyze chemical process dynamics and improve formulations. Contribute to departmental initiatives and assist with other tasks as assigned by the Indirect Category team. ⸻ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
