Description Viking Aggregates is hiring a Plant Foreman to lead daily plant operations, supervise crews, and ensure safe, efficient aggregate production. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with operators and management to meet production and safety goals. What You’ll Do: Supervise plant operators and laborers Monitor production, material flow, and product quality Meet daily production targets and customer needs Troubleshoot equipment and process issues Coordinate maintenance and repairs Conduct inspections and ensure MSHA compliance Train employees on safe work practices Complete production reports and inspections Requirements Experience in aggregates, mining, dredging, or heavy industry preferred Prior supervisory or lead experience Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of plant operations and heavy equipment Safety-focused mindset Why Viking Aggregates?
