Description

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Head to lead the operations of an established Oil & Gas manufacturing based Abu Dhabi.


The ideal candidate will have strong and directly relevant experience in the manufacturing of completion equipment and/or sand screens/sand-control products.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing, preferably with significant Plant/Factory Management experience.
  • Direct experience in the manufacturing of completion equipment, sand screens or sand-control products is essential.
  • Previous/current experience as a Plant Manager / Plant Head managing a workforce of 200+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inspection and HSE.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, inspections and HSE requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, commercial, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall manufacturing plant and ensure safe, efficient and profitable operations.
  • Manage a large workforce of 200+ employees across multiple functions.
  • Oversee the complete manufacturing process from planning through production and final delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Inspection and HSE functions.
  • Drive productivity, operational efficiency, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, quality systems and HSE regulations.
  • Manage internal and external audits, inspections and quality requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales and key customers to ensure delivery, quality and service objectives are achieved.
  • Manage budgets, resources, capacity planning and operational KPIs.
  • Develop and mentor senior and operational teams
