What You'll Be Doing Support plant operations by assisting with production, cleanup, and general labor tasks Operate or assist with equipment in a safe and efficient manner Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational reliability Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe workplace Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals What We Are Looking For Ability to work safely and follow established safety practices Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills Reliability, adaptability, and a positive approach to daily tasks Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr 2nd shift rate $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year) Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled Shaping the future, building successes Heidelberg Materials – your springboard into the future of the construction materials industry.
