SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Plant Hire Controller to manage the coordination, scheduling, and administration of plant hire equipment. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong administration expertise to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery.
You will act as the central point of contact between customers, suppliers, and the operations team, ensuring all plant hire requirements are met efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures.

• Manage the end-to-end process of plant hire orders, from customer enquiries to completion.
• Liaise with suppliers to arrange equipment hire, transport, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure equipment availability matches project timelines and requirements.
