SUMMARY

We are seeking a Depot Manager to join our friendly team in Aylesbury. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers.

• Oversee daily depot operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage inventory and supply chain processes to meet customer demands.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Train and mentor staff on operational best practices.
• Collaborate with management to enhance service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in depot management or a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain processes.
• Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to implement process improvements effectively.
• Familiarity with quality control standards is a plus.
