Description
Assist supervisor in day-to-day operations and advises of task completion. Prepare for and executes routine shift kick-off, close-out procedures, and completes shift notes. Audit assigned functional area daily to ensure attainment of product quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service standards. Ensure team attainment of daily productivity goals. Provide training and coaching to team members on standard operating procedures, quality and safety procedures and regulations. Support process and business changes. Support food safety, legality and quality programs.
