Join in and feel the difference. Job Description The objective of the role is finance and controlling activities of a Swiss manufacturing entity. Plant & Cost Controlling Support monthly controlling activities for a Swiss production site Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and key performance indicators Prepare regular cost and performance reports for internal stakeholders Support budgeting and forecasting processes Assist in transparency of production and overhead costs Legal Entity Controlling & Reporting Support monthly and annual financial closings in line with group standards Prepare basic management reporting and analysis Ensure data quality and consistency in financial information Cooperate with central finance, accounting, and external partners as required Systems & Processes Work with Microsoft Dynamics AX as the current ERP system Support preparation for a future SAP implementation Participate in process improvements and reporting enhancements Act as an interface between controlling, accounting, and IT for ERP-related topics Global Business Controlling Support (Abrasives Business) Support selected worldwide controlling activities for the abrasives business, including the preparation and consolidation of standardized global reports, monthly performance tracking versus budget and forecast, and basic KPI analyses. The role contributes to global transparency and data quality in close cooperation with global and regional controlling teams. Qualifications University degree in Accounting or Business Administration Min 2 years of experience in controlling or finance Experience in an industrial or manufacturing company is preferred Initial exposure to plant or cost controlling is an advantage Mandatory fluent level of English and Polish, German is an advantage Good understanding of finance and budgeting practices Good understanding of accounting and reporting in production company ERP experience is required Knowledge of SAP is preferred; openness to working with Dynamics AX (Axapta) initially Very good MS Excel skills; reporting tools are a plus Structured and analytical working style Reliable, detail-oriented, and well organized Comfortable working in an international virtual team High level of interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland (1–3 times per year) Additional Information We offer: Employment contract Stable employment Monthly bonus up to 15% Benefits co-financed by the company: UNUM insurance, Multisport card, private Medicover medical care, vouchers for Christmas, St. Nicholas Day parties and packages for employees' children, modern canteen with its own kitchen Legal Entity: sia Abrasives Polska Sp. z o.o.
