Dual-Ticketed (Millwright + Electrician) | $130–140K + Benefits | Day Shift | 400,000+ sq ft Facility | 200+ Assets
Are you a hands-on, dual-ticketed trades leader ready to own full-site maintenance—from the front lawn to the factory floor?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your technical expertise and team leadership keep production running at peak performance?
A leading foam manufacturing company in Woodbridge is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee end-to-end site maintenance for a 400,000+ sq ft facility, operating 24/5 across three shifts. You’ll manage a fleet of 200+ machines and systems, lead a multi-skilled trades team, and ensure the entire facility—inside and out—runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
This is a high-impact role for a leader with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, who can balance strategy with boots-on-the-ground leadership.
