Description We are looking for a skilled self-motivated Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! We are a strong, growing organization seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. $27-$35 per hour based on experience Plus $8 per hour shift differential $1000 Hiring Bonus $2000 Referral Bonus Program Plant Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for the following: Perform maintenance/repair for all plant equipment (including conveyors). Complete routine maintenance as scheduled for all equipment. Must diagnose and complete minor/major repair work. Complete routine electric work such as: replacing lights, fixtures, and outlets. Will need to cut, torch, weld as necessary. May be required to operate/move heavy equipment. Required to fabricate parts from blueprints and/or hand measurements Benefits: 401k w/ Match Health Benefits Vision Dental Life Insurance Paid Time Off Short Term Disability Coverage Referral Bonus Program Requirements Minimum of 2 years of plant maintenance experience required. Valid Driver's License with no restrictions. Drug Screen and Background Check Required. Willing to work in outdoor weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with conveyor belt maintenance. Experience with electrical maintenance. Experience with heavy equipment / mechanical knowledge. Experience with power operated tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and forklifts. Comfortable with repetitive fine motor control to operate tools.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and major maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment, including conveyors. Handle electrical tasks such as replacing fixtures and fabricate parts using blueprints and welding equipment.
