Plant Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for the following: Inspect, repair, and maintain aggregate processing equipment, including conveyors, screens, and crushers. Diagnose and trouble shoot problems with aggregate processing equipment. Complete routine electric work such as: replacing lights, fixtures, and outlets. Perform welding cutting, grinding, drilling, and metal fabrication. May be required to operate/move heavy equipment. Maintain work areas and work vehicles in a safe, organized condition. Requirements High School diploma or GED Certification in welding, industrial maintenance, ripping, or crane operation are a plus. ·Experience with heavy equipment a plus. Experience with power operated tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and forklifts. ·Comfortable with repetitive fine motor control to operate tools. ·Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
