We are currently seeking experienced Plant Maintenance Mechanics with strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge in electrical controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance systems for our Modesto Manufacturing Facility. Requirements WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and processing equipment • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant systems • Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives • Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards ? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • 3–5 years of maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing or food production • Experience with electrical systems, controls, PLCs, and industrial equipment • Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills ??
