POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Plant Manager for an Aluminum and Glass Fabrication Company is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both aluminum and glass production lines, ensuring high-quality products are fabricated efficiently and safely. This role involves leadership, process management, and the continuous improvement of plant performance while maintaining production schedules, optimizing resources, ensuring safety, and meeting customer requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. (Master’s Preferred)
• At least 5–7 years of experience in fabrication management, with specific experience in aluminum and/or glass fabrication preferred.
• Expertise in steel and glass production processes.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a production team and must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of aluminum and glass fabrication techniques and machinery systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
