Description

Lead the plant team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial goals. Develop and execute strategic and annual business plans. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality management systems. Foster a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement and development. Oversee asset utilization, facility investments, and productivity improvements. Champion inclusion, diversity, and community engagement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies (EEO, OSHA, EPA, etc.). Select, develop, and coach plant leadership and staff. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing. Minimum 3 years of people management experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Master's degree.
