We are seeking a driven and experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operation. The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading production, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, meeting customer demand, and driving business success.

What you will be doing as a Plant Manager:

  • Lead and manage daily plant operations, including production, safety, quality, and delivery.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals and customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
  • Oversee workforce planning, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
