PLANT MANAGER - CHEMICAL ENGINEER - $175K++ BASE + BONUS + FULL BENEFITS

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Plant Manager to lead and drive performance at their manufacturing facility, which specializes in the production of chemicals for global markets across diverse industrial applications. Our client is ideally looking for someone with a Chemical Engineering degree.

As the Plant Manager, you will:

• Provide overall leadership for the Niagara site, ensuring the facility meets its safety, production, and performance objectives across key operational metrics.
• Champion a strong safety culture, environmental compliance, and process reliability through best-in-class operational practices.
• Drive operational excellence by leading improvement initiatives, strengthening reliability programs, and building high-performing operations and technical teams.
• Support government regulatory interactions by working closely with Health, Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting activities by providing insight into site capabilities and future capacity planning.
• Collaborate with the Research & Innovation team on new product introduction and scale-up, ensuring smooth technology transfer to operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Process Safety Management principles, including Management of Change and capital investment procedures.
• Serve as the legal representative providing governance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
