Description
You will effectively organize, lead, and manage all functional elements of the plant. You will utilize EBS tools such as MESH, EQMS, ELSS, and others to achieve plant goals in alignment with corporate and divisional strategies. You will support the growth and development of the workforce to foster a high-performance work culture, with a strong emphasis on inclusion and diversity. You will be responsible for all short-term tactical actions and long-term strategic initiatives to create a world-class manufacturing site. Coordinate and direct, through managers, all functions of facility operations, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, SCM, OpEx, HR, and Finance. Manage and oversee operating performance through the effective use of the Balanced Score Card process and structured problem solving. Drive compliance with the ethics policy and hold others accountable for ethical conduct. Develop controls and critically review operational results in reference to planned objectives. Be accountable for the day-to-day decisions that directly impact the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the overall plant. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Management positions Minimum 4 years leading a plant/factory This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8U.S.C. § 1158. Masters Degree or MBA preferred from an accredited institution Experience in various areas of operations and supply chain within a related industry Good understanding of administrative knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure analysis, and wage and salary administration Ability to work cross functionally and drive results even without authority Strong communication skills; comfortable facilitating teams and groups and working with all levels in the organization Perseverance and leadership to manage projects and drive for results Ability to plan, organize, build effective teams, and motivate others Innovative mindset and ability to facilitate team sessions We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
