Position Overview · The Plant Manager Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to the Plant Manager. This role manages the Plant Manager’s agenda, coordinates leadership meetings, oversees site visit logistics, organizes communication flow, and ensures that daily activities are prioritized effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech‑savvy, proactive, and experienced in supporting senior manufacturing leadership. Requirements Professional Experience · Minimum 10 years of experience in executive administrative support, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or industrial environments. · Proven experience managing C‑level or senior leadership calendars, including complex scheduling and cross‑functional coordination. · Demonstrated success in email management, creating prioritization structures, and filtering communications for executive decision‑making. · Strong background in organizing executive logistics, including travel, plant tours, lunch arrangements, conference room setups, and visitor coordination. · Experience preparing agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and documenting action items for leadership meetings. Technical & Software Skills · Highly tech‑savvy—comfortable adopting new tools and improving digital workflows. Proficient with: · Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Calendar and scheduling systems · Virtual meeting platforms · Document creation and collaboration tools · Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support a digital‑first work environment. · Strong data management and organizational skills for handling files, documents, and email systems.
