As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading overall operations and performance at the manufacturing facility in Sandusky, Fremont, or Bellevue. This role oversees all aspects of plant operations, including production, staffing, budgeting, quality assurance, safety, training, maintenance, logistics, warehouse operations, salvage, customer service, and continuous process improvement to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Essential functions: * Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. * Manage plant budgets, expenses, and operational performance to meet financial and production goals. * Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability. * Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including OSHA, ISO, CARF, and company policies. * Collaborate with Business Services to support contract development, cost estimates, and operational planning. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service. * Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility. * Partner with Workforce Development to support an inclusive workplace by providing appropriate accommodations and coaching for employees as needed. * Lead, develop, and mentor plant employees through training, performance management, and professional development. * Prepare and review operational reports to evaluate plant performance and identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
