Job Description Manages and supervises the plant org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to plant Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within plant Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Director, or equivalent) Proven experience managing multiple organizational units within a plant (production, maintenance, logistics, quality, engineering, etc.) Strong background in budget ownership, cost control, and investment planning Demonstrated track record in KPI-driven performance management (SQDC, OEE, productivity, cost, delivery, people) Fluent in English & French (mandatory) Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
