The Plant Manager leads and oversees all operations at a composite & elevated tank manufacturing facility. This role will manage production staff and schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards to meet both customer requirements and company goals.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations Management or related

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7–10+ years in manufacturing leadership, ideally composites or heavy fabrication
  • Strong grasp of fabrication methods, safety regulations, ERP systems, Lean methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient grasp of concepts related to construction execution
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher
  • Proficient organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets and on‑time deliveries
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and production metrics
  • Oversee safety, compliance (MOL, MOE), and environmental policies. Demonstrate safety excellence by leadership and build / foster safety focused culture
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma principles
  • Supervise department leads within fabrication, welding, QA/QC, and maintenance ensuring all staffing and training needs are met
  • Analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Manage capital equipment needs, maintenance planning, and inventory control
