Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the safe, stable and efficient operation of our production site in Oettingen
• Management and further development of the production areas as well as the assigned managers and teams
• Ensuring the achievement of performance, quality, cost and productivity targets
• Responsibility for the continuous optimization of production processes and operational control systems
• Identification and implementation of improvement and efficiency enhancement measures
• Development of concepts for the technological and infrastructural development of the site
• Management and support of complex investment and change projects
• Close collaboration with internal interface areas such as sales, product management, R&D, EHSQ, IT, HR and finance
• Trusting cooperation with the works council, authorities and external partners
• Regular reporting to management and regional operations management

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical or business administration studies
• Additional training in the field of Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, General Management or similar
• Several years of management experience in a comparable position, for example as plant manager, production manager, operations manager or COO
• Experience in manufacturing companies, ideally in the woodworking industry
• Demonstrable success in managing demanding investment, transformation, or optimization projects
• Strong understanding of production processes, lean management, and operational excellence
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and common MS Office applications.
• Fluent German and English skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, solution-oriented and transparent working methods
