PLANT MANAGER (M/F/X)

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Plant Manager (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of Production / Manufacturing management experience.
  • Knowledge of operation management in a 3 shift operation.
  • Background in the electronics, automotive industry or automatic high production volume lines.
  • LEAN management experience is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills & at least B2-C1 level of German.
  • A hands-on mentality with excellent communications skills.
  • You are a thorough and independent worker who can easily translate your line of thoughts to instructions.
  • A low hierarchical approach to management & focus on team-driven results.
Responsibilities
  • Fulfil production revenue plan.
  • Ensure that products are manufactured according to COGS targets.
  • Continuously optimise production efficiency by optimising the organisational production flow and also overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Be a supervisor for the production management (shop-floor teams), maintenance, production planning and supports others when needed.
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results.
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
  • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
  • Influence and learn from below.
  • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
  • Building excellent collaboration with other teams and units and across cross-functional teams.
  • Make sure individual competences and skills in the team are at a very high level, as needed for successful execution.
