The estimated base salary range for this role is $175,000-$215,000 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus and equity.

At Armstrong World Industries in Marietta, PA, we’re seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead with vision, discipline, and innovation. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving safe, profitable, and customer-focused operations while overseeing full SQDC performance metrics. You’ll build and develop a high-performing leadership team, champion lean manufacturing practices, and ensure long-term business success through operational excellence and strategic foresight.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE



    • Achieve quality and service KPIs

    • Improve systems through proactive change management
    • Align operations with customer expectations and VOC
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support product flow

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline (Engineering preferred)
    • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations
    • 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering results
    • Strong business leadership and P&L ownership.
