Nailor manufactures a unique and comprehensive line of products including Air Control & Distribution products, VAV Terminal Units, Green Building products, Fan Coil Units, Electric Duct Heaters, Sound Attenuators, Air Handling Units, and Filter Housings. We are currently seeking a hands-on, results-driven Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Mesa facility, with support for additional Houston-area plants as needed. This role owns end-to-end plant performance—including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost—and plays a critical role in translating business strategy into daily execution. We’re looking for a leader who thrives on the floor, drives accountability, and builds high-performing teams through Lean manufacturing principles.
