Job Title: Plant Manager (AZ)
Reports To: Sr. Director of Operations (PA)
SUMMARY: The Plant Manager (Phoenix, AZ) is responsible for overseeing operations, safety, quality, financial performance, employee relations, capital assignments, vendor relationships, physical inventory and product manufacturing for HHBC’s production facility and warehouse in Arizona.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve quality.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety requirements, employee safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control budgets, costs, and resources to achieve financial targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance plant performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in a plant or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and achieving production targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
