An excellent role on offer for a Plant Manager looking to join one of North Americas biggest companies within their industry, where you will manage a team of experts, whilst working in a technically challenging role.

This North America leading company manufactures and distributes a range of specialist products to a range of different industries. They have 5 locations across Ontario, and they work alongside many blue-chip companies within their industry. They are looking for a Plant Manager who will play a pivotal role to the business.
In this role you will take complete ownership of this plant, and you will have 5 direct reports. You will develop, mentor and lead your team and you will be responsible for driving improvements at this site.
This role would ideally suit a Plant Manager from any manufacturing background, who has excellent lean manufacturing experience, whilst working in a technically challenging and exciting role,
