Description
Responsibilities Lead overall plant operations, site performance, and crisis management in compliance with QHSE, statutory, and industry standards. Act as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders, supporting AOP delivery and smooth operational coordination. Deliver timely management reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making. Provide subject matter expertise to support business proposals, bids, and new revenue opportunities. Manage site financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, fee reviews, and profitability. Oversee billing, collections, expenditures, and financial compliance with contractual requirements. Lead service partner procurement and performance management to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency. Manage plant/site inspections, audits, incidents, and regulatory compliance using Edgenta Smart Connect. Drive effective stakeholder communication, customer service, and issue resolution. Lead and develop site teams through performance management, capability building, and technology adoption. Requirements Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in District Cooling Plant operations with TES tank. Strong understanding of plant operations, compliance, and performance management. Proficient in MS Office for reporting, presentations, and basic business improvement documentation. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams. Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Computer literate and comfortable adopting operational systems and digital tools.
