We’re searching for a hands-on Plant Manager to take the reins—someone who can inspire teams, streamline operations, and put their stamp on a division that’s set to make an impact on a global scale.

PLANT MANAGER – QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in plant or operations management, including team leadership and process optimization
  • 5+ years in food manufacturing, ideally in a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with safety and quality systems in production settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving improvements
  • Comfortable with reporting tools and plant management software
  • Certifications like 433A, 442A, or 309A are considered an asset
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn the grain/ingredient space
Responsibilities

PLANT MANAGER – ROLE DETAILS

  • Competitive base salary
  • Comprehensive health & dental benefits (starting after 90 days)

PLANT MANAGER – RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing daily operations – including production, storage, and distribution of food ingredient products
  • Collaborating with logistics to ensure smooth, efficient movement of goods
  • Leading and mentoring staff, driving a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Overseeing maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability of all equipment
  • Partnering with QA teams to uphold industry standards and implement robust quality control measures
  • Fostering external relationships with farmers, suppliers, and customers to support smooth operations and service excellence
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to keep senior leadership informed
