We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and drives both performance and accountability. POSITION OVERVIEW This is not a sit-behind-the-desk leadership role. We are looking for a shop floor–oriented Plant Manager who is deeply engaged with daily operations, coaches teams in real time, and takes ownership of results. The ideal candidate is decisive, action-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement while building a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
