This position offers the opportunity to join a financially stable organization with a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant performance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics. Develop and execute operational plans to meet customer requirements, cost objectives, and delivery schedules. Champion safety initiatives and maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency. Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing leadership team. Collaborate with corporate leadership to align plant goals with overall company strategy. Requirements Must have prior experience in metal stamping. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in automotive manufacturing, including at least 3 years at the Plant Manager or equivalent level. Proven track record in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and driving operational excellence. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
