ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• QHSE and BCM Accountability: Be accountable for QHSE and BCM compliance within the plant, ensuring that operations meet the required standards, guidelines, and continuity plans.
• Operational Efficiency and Safety Accountability: Be accountable for the efficiency, safety, and productivity of plant operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance Accountability: Be accountable for ensuring that the plant adheres to all relevant laws, permits, and regulations related to waste management, safety, and environmental practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Master of Engineering / Science or equivalent with 5-10 yrs of experience Medical and Hazardous waste management (Rotary Kiln incinerator)
2) Certificate in Plant Maintenance or Operation preferred.

4) Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
5) Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
6) Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology
