Plant Manager Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a Plant Manager and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety, quality, and production excellence across multiple functions. This position plays a key role in shaping manufacturing performance and aligning operations with customer and business goals. What You'll Do: • Lead all manufacturing operations including production, engineering, inventory, and logistics • Develop and execute operational strategies, budgets, and improvement plans • Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and production performance • Partner with cross-functional leaders to resolve operational challenges • Oversee employee engagement, development, and retention strategies • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements • Promote continuous improvement across all operational areas • Monitor KPIs and drive accountability for performance outcomes • Support both domestic and international manufacturing operations (as needed) What You'll Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 8+ years of leadership or management experience in manufacturing or operations • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills • Experience managing large-scale operational functions • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong business acumen and operational expertise • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment How You Will Be Successful Building Relationships: Lead cross-functional teams and build strong operational partnerships Challenging the Expected: Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement Integrity and Respect: Lead with professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance Why Join MPG?
