• Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse und Implementierung neuer Standards.
• Verantwortung für Budget, Kennzahlen und Investitionsplanung
• Zusammenarbeit mit der globalen Caldic-Gruppe zur Weiterentwicklung der Standorte.
• Sicherstellung der optimalen Verfügbarkeit von Maschinen und Anlagen durch präventives und reaktives Instandhaltungsmanagement. Schnelle Fehlerbehebung, umfassende Analyse und nachhaltige Beseitigung von Ursachen.
• PLANUNG UND STEUERUNG VON INSTANDHALTUNGSMASSNAHMEN, STILLSTÄNDEN, REPARATUREN UND WARTUNGSARBEITEN.Einsatzplanung und Koordination von Personalressourcen sowie externen Dienstleistern. Sicherstellung einer effizienten und professionellen Inbetriebnahme, Durchführung und Abrechnung von Instandhaltungs-, Stillstands- und Investitionsprojekten durch qualifizierte Lieferanten – unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität, Terminvorgaben, Compliance-Vorgaben sowie anerkannten Industriestandards und -techniken.
