ABOUT US:

Woodbridge Pallet is a leading manufacturer of new and recycled pallets, serving a wide range of industries with a commitment to quality and efficiency. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Bowmanville location.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, logistics, human resources, health and safety, facility maintenance, and administration. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plant management role, preferably in a wood or industrial environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing diverse teams
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices in Ontario
• Solid understanding of logistics, scheduling, and production processes
• Experience with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cost control
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email communications, and time tracking systems
• Valid G driver’s license and Forklift Operator License is required
