QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required with graduate degree desirable
  • Previous work experience with a well-regarded company renowned for its manufacturing excellence
  • Demonstrated success at driving continuous improvement in operationsExcellent leadership skills

    • possesses well developed skills at setting a compelling vision, developing a performance oriented, aspirational work environment, and coaching/developing the organization

    • Is engaged and engaging in their approach
    • High standard for self and others
    • Equally comfortable on the “shop floor” as they are in the “boardroom”
    • In addition, the fully qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:
    • A minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing leadership experience in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment
    • Demonstrate capability and experience in cultural and results-based transformation (s)
    • Impeccable integrity, flexibility, sound judgement and strong critical thinking skills
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and develop a good feel for the business
    • A strong communicator who can balance the strategic as well as the tactical side of the business
    • Have a demonstrated track record of achieving successful transformation and acting as a change agent
